The tradition-steeped Gstaad Palace was opened in 1913 and is today just as important to Gstaad as the Eiffel Tower is to Paris. Peter Wyss and Hugo Weibel have been loyal employees of Gstaad Palace for over 40 years. Both culinary luminaries will be retiring at the end of the winter season 16/17.
